Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

  • Essential cookies and similar technologies needed for the website and forms to work and stay secure, including Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot.
  • Analytics cookies from Google, which help us understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, how visitors found us). These are used only with your consent where the law requires it.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

Some third-party content, such as the Google Map on our contact page, loads only after you give consent. You can see the cookies we use, and change your consent choices at any time, in our Cookie Policy.

9. Information we handle on behalf of clients

When we run a website, Google Business Profile or similar service for you, we may handle personal information that belongs to your own enquirers or pupils, for example messages sent through your website contact form. In that case you decide why and how it is used and we act on your instructions, as set out in our Terms and Conditions. This section and the rest of this policy cover personal information we collect for our own purposes.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption on our website and restricted access to client data. No system is completely secure, so please take care when sending information online.

11. Links to other websites

Our website links to third-party sites such as Facebook, Instagram and Google. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
